How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 5-10 business days within the US and 7-14 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships. You can also email hello@getpawpulse.store with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happy-pet guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us at hello@getpawpulse.store and we'll sort it out immediately.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo at hello@getpawpulse.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Smart Pet Water Fountain

Why should my pet drink filtered, flowing water?
Cats and dogs are instinctively drawn to moving water. Still bowls become stagnant within hours and many pets simply don't drink enough. A flowing fountain encourages hydration, which supports kidney, urinary and overall health.

How often do I clean the fountain?
Rinse the bowl every 2-3 days. Replace the carbon filter every 3-4 weeks depending on usage.

What WiFi does the camera require?
The camera requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network. It is not compatible with 5GHz-only networks.

Does it have night vision and 2-way audio?
Yes. Full HD, infrared night vision, and 2-way audio so you can hear and talk to your pet from anywhere.

Will it really slow my dog down?
Yes. The maze pattern forces dogs and cats to work for each mouthful, which typically slows eating by 5-10x. Slower eating reduces bloat, vomiting and choking risk.
