Shipping & Returns

Fast, tracked, hassle-free. Every order from PawPulse ships from our nearest fulfilment partner with end-to-end tracking and a 30-day happy-pet guarantee.

Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $50 USD (Currency converted at checkout for international).
  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days within the United States. International orders 7–14 business days.
  • Express options available at checkout where supported.
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track from your account.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee

If your pet doesn't love it, neither do we. Return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

  1. Email hello@getpawpulse.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (where eligible).
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest carrier.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge — no return needed.

International Orders

Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are calculated at checkout where supported, otherwise paid to the carrier on delivery.
